If you're feeling "sandwiched" between caring for your children and your aging parents join us for this ongoing support group for resources, support and strategies to help you navigate this time. This month we will be joined by Natasha Berk, Co-founder of Atlanta Senior Advocates (and fellow member of the Sandwich Generation). Natasha will speak about Senior Living Options and Resources. She will discuss what they are, how to access them, what they cost and when to start exploring these options. There will be also be time for Q and A and group support.
